2-stage in-line water filter for the whole house

The AQUAFILTER 10" model has been designed as a pre-filter for use in the entire household plumbing system. The set operates at the water inlet to the building, where it traps mechanical contaminants while also helping reduce problems related to the presence of iron in the water.

The combination of two stages of operation means the filter not only helps protect fixtures and the home plumbing system, but also improves everyday water comfort. This is a particularly useful solution where the water has a poorer taste, odor, or a noticeable metallic aftertaste.

How does this water filtration system work?

The set uses two types of filter cartridges, each responsible for different tasks in the water treatment process:

• FCPS20 – a polypropylene nonwoven cartridge with 20-micron precision, responsible for mechanical filtration.
• FCCFE – a cartridge with an active medium for iron removal from water.

This arrangement first reduces the presence of larger solid contaminants and then improves the water’s usable parameters related to iron and the sensory experience during use in the home.

FCPS20 cartridge – mechanical filtration

The FCPS20 cartridge filters out mechanical contaminants larger than 20 microns, including silt and sludge. This is an important stage in protecting the home plumbing system, as it limits the passage of solid particles further into pipes, fixtures, and appliances.

FCPS20 cartridge service life: 3-6 months.

FCCFE cartridge – iron removal and improved user comfort

The FCCFE cartridge contains a special iron-removal granulate. Its role is to improve the water’s taste and odor and remove the metallic aftertaste. As a result, the water becomes more pleasant in everyday use.

FCCFE cartridge service life: 1-3 months.

• a head with a brass thread,
• a ring,
• a transparent housing bowl.

BACInix™ antibacterial centering discs

The set includes antibacterial centering discs using BACInix™ technology. This solution is based on the use of nanosilver to prevent the growth of microorganisms.

The discs are compatible with most cartridges available on the market, contain no BPA, and are made from top-quality materials.
