Thanks to the three-element design of the Aquafilter FHPR34-3V, the housing is perfectly suited for installation in places where the total height necessary for the operation of the filter is important - this is due to the fact that to unscrew the filter cover, it is not unscrewed down from the head, as is the case with typical filter housings, but only the nut is unscrewed. The filter is intended for cold water with a pressure of up to 6 bar.
The high-quality filter housing features brass threads with a diameter of 3/4"
The housing consists of three elements:

filter head, screwed onto the cold water pipe

filter cover, in which the filter cartridge is placed
-
nut (collar) for tightening the cover to the head
At the bottom of the filter cover, there is a drain valve that allows flushing the cartridge inside under pressure from the water system. In cases where a mesh or accordion cartridge is placed in the housing, the contaminants collected by it are flushed under pressure into a designated container or through a hose connected to the drain valve.
CARTIDGE FCPNN50M
Efficient sediment cartridge used for treating cold water.
Installed in typical housings for 10" cartridges (also for 9 7/8" cartridges).
The nylon mesh captures contaminants the size of sand, preventing them from entering the further part of the water system.
The cartridge practically does not cause pressure drops - the resistance to water flow is minimal.
In practice, this is an ideal solution that allows for automatic flushing of the cartridge without the need to unscrew it.
