How individual cartridges work

1. FCPS5-AB – antibacterial 5-micron mechanical cartridge

This is a specialized Aquafilter polypropylene cartridge made in BACinix antibacterial technology. It can be used interchangeably with the standard FCPS5 cartridge while maintaining its full functionality. In addition to classic mechanical filtration, it has antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects on microorganisms present in water. BACinix technology uses silver nanoparticles, known as a natural element with bactericidal properties.

2. FCBL10 – carbon block

The cartridge improves the taste and smell of water. It removes mechanical impurities larger than 10 microns, reduces chlorine and its harmful by-products, helps eliminate lead and toxic heavy metals, and removes organic compounds, including bacteria.

3. FCPS1 – 1-micron mechanical foam cartridge

Made of polypropylene nonwoven fabric, the cartridge retains larger mechanical impurities insoluble in water, such as rust, suspended solids, sand or silt, down to 1 micron.

4. AICRO-AB – antibacterial in-line carbon filter

The cartridge is filled with activated carbon from coconut shells with NSF certification and polypropylene nonwoven fabric containing nanosilver. This solution protects the cartridge against the development of harmful bacterial flora. The filter is designed to remove chlorine, volatile organic compounds VOC and improve the taste and smell of water. After flowing through the cartridge, the water achieves very good organoleptic quality.

5. AV-GAC-L – in-line carbon cartridge

The activated carbon bed filling improves the taste and smell of water by reducing chlorine and other organic compounds. This is an important stage of final taste refinement after the filtration process.

6. AV-MIN-L – in-line mineralizer

Osmotic filtration removes from 96 to 99% of impurities and minerals from water. The dolomite mineralizer AV-MIN-L replenishes the water with minerals lost during the operation of the osmotic membrane. Water flowing through the cartridge is enriched with elements important for the body, such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium.

7. AV-REDOX-L – ionizing cartridge (alkalizer)

The cartridge saturates the water with hydrogen, reduces its REDOX potential and raises pH. In practice, this means obtaining water with antioxidant properties. Hydrogen as an antioxidant binds free radicals. Ionized water is used, among other things, in supporting digestive processes, kidney function, regulation of acid-base balance, removal of toxins and body deacidification.

8. BIOCERA – ionizing cartridge

The cartridge works on a similar principle: it saturates the water with hydrogen, lowers the REDOX potential and raises pH. As a result, the water acquires antioxidant properties. The description of its operation also indicates a beneficial effect of such water on digestive processes, kidney function, acid-base balance, removal of toxins and body deacidification.

9. AC-IL-GRD – structuring cartridge

The cartridge is used for water revitalization. It is intended to ensure a stable internal water structure and positively change its microbiological and physical properties. The description of this stage indicates that as the water flows through the cartridge, negative information is removed and replaced with positive, without physical contact and without chemical modification, which is intended to lead to obtaining water with a character similar to structured water, referred to as a hexagonal structure.

In the concept of structured water, it is assumed that it is clean, natural and untreated water, with properties similar to water present in the body. Such a structure is intended to promote better water absorption.
