BRITA Purity C1000 AC is a professional water filter cartridge from the Purity C series, used to purify water intended for cold drinks, such as water from dispensers. The BRITA Purity cartridge consists of an activated carbon block with a filtration rating down to 0,5 microns.

The filter comes with a BRITA filter head featuring a 3/8" head connection and fixed 0% bypass.

BRITA Purity C1000 AC is a carbon block water filter that captures even the smallest particles and contaminants. It effectively captures substances in drinking water that may adversely affect its taste, odour or appearance.

It is most commonly used in water dispensers, drinking fountains and vending machines. It ensures the freshness of water used to prepare various types of drinks.

The carbon block used in the filter has a porous structure that captures microbiological contaminants, germs and particles down to 0,5 microns.

It does not reduce the calcium and magnesium content of filtered water. The filter allows all drawn water to be filtered. It can be used with all PURITY C series heads with a fixed or adjustable bypass.

The filter holds Polish PZH approval and ISO certificates. It is approved for contact with food based on tests conducted by independent institutions, including TUV, SVGW, WRAS and VA. The electronic components bear the CE marking.

How does the water filtration process work in the BRITA PURITY C 1000 AC?

Water flow through the filter - all tap water flows through the carbon block from the outside in.

Pre-filter - before filtration in the carbon block, the pre-filter captures large particles of mechanical contaminants.

Activated carbon filtration - substances that interfere with the taste and aroma of the water are removed. Very fine pores ensure effective particle retention with a filtration rating down to 0,5 microns. The filter also captures other contaminants that could lead to equipment failure. It protects the equipment, significantly reducing repair and maintenance costs.
