FH10B1 10" Big Blue® pipe body. Consists of two parts: a blue cover and a head with a 1” thread. The blue cover protects the cartridge from the process of photosynthesis (when the filter is installed in a sunny location). The body is equipped with a vent valve that allows the release of air trapped in the filter after replacing the cartridge.
FH10B1 can be mounted individually or connected in series. The body is installed on the pipe supplying cold water to the house or apartment. Due to the high efficiency, FH10B1 is also used in the industry.
The body installed before devices (such as water softeners, iron removers, pressure tanks, or boilers) will effectively protect them from the accumulation of various contaminants*, while also increasing their lifespan. The body works with a wide range of mechanical, specialized, and carbon 10” Big Blue® cartridges available on the market. * depending on the type of cartridge used.
