Annual cartridge set for Aquaphor MORION

The set includes three original Aquaphor cartridges designed for the Aquaphor MORION water filter. It is a set prepared for annual servicing, allowing you to maintain the efficiency of the filtration system and preserve the quality of purified and mineralized water.

Set contents and the function of each cartridge

Aquaphor K5 – polypropylene pre-filter cartridge

K5 is a replaceable filter cartridge made of 100% polypropylene. It works as a pre-filter and is responsible for trapping mechanical contaminants present in the water, such as sand and rust. Thanks to this, it protects the subsequent filtration stages and supports the proper operation of the entire system.

The K5 cartridge is used in filters with a separate faucet. It retains contaminants up to 5 microns in size.

Aquaphor K2 – carbon cartridge with Aqualen fiber

K2 is a replaceable filter cartridge made using carbon block technology with Aqualen fiber and activated coconut shell carbon. This filtration stage is responsible for effectively removing organic compounds and active chlorine from the water, which translates into better taste and smell of the water.

The cartridge removes contaminants down to 3 microns. The ion-exchange Aqualen fiber together with modified selective chelating compounds helps deeply and effectively remove heavy metals from the water. The cartridge also contains safe silver in active ionic form.

Aquaphor K7M – mineralizing cartridge

K7M is a mineralizing cartridge that enriches water with essential minerals. Water after passing through this cartridge is supplemented with components such as calcium, magnesium, salt and potassium. It is an important element of the set for people who expect not only purification, but also proper final water quality in a reverse osmosis system.

The cartridge is used in MORION RO-101S / DWM systems. The modified ion-exchange Aqualen fiber distributes the water stream across the entire filtration surface, which allows for the highest filtration quality. The cartridge contains safe silver in active ionic form.
