Original service set for the RO7 system with an alkalizer

The set has been prepared for annual service of the Aquafilter RO7 reverse osmosis system with the AIFIR200 ionizing cartridge. It is a set of original filter cartridges designed to operate in a system in which water goes through successive stages of purification, taste improvement, and final treatment after the osmosis membrane.

The cartridges included in the set have PZH approval. The set includes elements responsible both for initial water purification and for the final improvement of its utility properties after the reverse osmosis process.

How this cartridge set works in a water filtration system

The set forms a coherent service system for the RO7 system. The individual cartridges are responsible for capturing mechanical contaminants, reducing chlorine and organic compounds, improving taste and odor, and then mineralizing and ionizing the water after osmosis filtration.

With this arrangement, the reverse osmosis system can maintain high operating efficiency, and the user receives purified water with better organoleptic properties and replenished minerals.

Description of individual cartridges

FCPS5 10" polypropylene filter

This is a sediment, or mechanical, cartridge made of polypropylene foam. Its task is to retain various mechanical contaminants down to 5 microns, such as sand, rust, and other sediments. The cartridge operates in a way that does not cause a significant drop in water pressure.

This type of filter helps protect the subsequent filtration stages and can also effectively safeguard home heating systems and household appliances from solid particles present in the water.

FCCBL 10" carbon block

The block carbon cartridge is responsible for improving the taste and smell of water and for removing selected contaminants. It reduces mechanical impurities, removes chlorine and its toxic derivatives, helps eliminate lead and toxic heavy metals, and also removes organic compounds, including bacteria.

The cartridge is made of sintered activated carbon. This construction makes it possible to remove 98% to 99% of free chlorine, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons from the water, as well as up to 85% of chlorinated pesticides, polyaromatic compounds, phenol, benzene, and other organic substances.

FCPS1 10" polypropylene filter

This is the second sediment cartridge made of polypropylene foam. It is responsible for more precise retention of mechanical contaminants down to 1 micron, such as sand, rust, and other sediments. Like the first mechanical stage, it operates without a significant reduction in water pressure.

The cartridge supports the protection of the entire reverse osmosis system and additionally helps protect installations and water-using appliances from fine solid particles.

AICRO inline carbon

The AICRO cartridge is filled with high-quality carbon from coconut shells. This material is distinguished by its special absorption properties toward volatile organic compounds, thanks to which it improves the taste and smell of the water.

After the cartridge is used, the water gains a more natural, pleasant taste associated with spring water. The cartridge is intended for treating cold drinking water. It is used in the osmosis filtration process, and its design makes it compatible with most systems available on the market.

AIMRO mineralizer

Osmosis filtration removes 96% to 99% of all contaminants from water, but at the same time it also reduces minerals. The AIMRO cartridge is designed to recover the lost minerals and restore a more balanced composition to the water after the osmosis process.

Water flowing through the dolomite bed is enriched with elements important for the human body, such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium. The mineral content of water after remineralization by AIMRO is comparable to the mineral content of mineral waters available in grocery stores.

AIFIR200 water ionizer

AIFIR200 is a water ionizing cartridge. Its function is to effectively raise the pH of the water and lower the ORP to -100 mV. As a result, the final stage of water treatment in the RO7 system is not limited to filtration alone, but also includes changing selected utility parameters of the water.

After passing through the AIFIR200 cartridge, the water stays fresh longer, neutralizes the pH of body fluids, and acts as a scavenger of free radicals, which are responsible, among other things, for the development of cancer. The AIFIR200 cartridge additionally mineralizes the water by releasing calcium and magnesium ions into it.
