Description
We recommend this filter for refrigerators from Daewoo, Whirlpool, Bosch, Electrolux, Ge, Indesit, LG, Samsung, and others where the cartridges are mounted on a typical 1/4" hose, approximately 6mm. This cartridge is used in refrigerators with built-in ice makers. We install it to the 1/4" hose coming out of the refrigerator.
The cartridge connection is 2*1/4" for the hose. The difference between the standard cartridge and the one offered in the auction is the way the hose is attached. The standard cartridge requires unscrewing fittings and sealing with Teflon tape. The quick connectors in the QC cartridge are a permanent element, requiring no additional securing – just insert the hose and you're done! The AICRO-QC Aquafilter carbon cartridge is filled with coconut shell carbon. The filter has a certificate from the State Hygiene Institute.
