AC-IL-A FITaqua has been designed as a professional water treatment cartridge for refrigerators equipped with an external filter. This solution was created for convenient use of chilled, better-tasting water and ice cubes made from water with improved organoleptic properties.
The product is entirely made in Poland and has certification from the National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene. Inside the cartridge, high-quality certified activated carbon media made from coconut shells has been used, selected in an amount optimal for treating up to 2000 liters of water.
How does the AC-IL-A FITaqua filter work?
The cartridge operates in two stages, combining mechanical capture of sediment with improved water quality in terms of taste, odor, and appearance. It is a practical water filtration system for refrigerators where simple installation and effective day-to-day performance matter.
Two filtration stages
- Eliminates all solid (sediment) contaminants not dissolved in water, with a size above 5 microns. This includes silt, sand, rust, etc.
- Retains all organic contaminants dissolved in water, with a size up to 10 microns. Eliminates chlorine and some heavy metals (e.g. lead). Improves water color and taste.
In practice, this means the filter helps reduce unwanted sediment visible in water while also improving drinking comfort thanks to reduced chlorine odor and a more pleasant taste. This is especially important where water is fed directly to the refrigerator dispenser.
